Auction Rules & Policies

It is the responsibility of all customers to review the Auction and Arbitration policies before doing business with CNY Auto Auction. These rules and policies as well as any revisions, will be posted on the premises. Copies of the polices are available at the arbitration counter and also available for download below.

 

Customers that do not comply with CNY Auto Auction rules may be barred from doing business.
